  Been a Lawndawg customer for two years, and have loved them!! For their price and care-free maintenance, you can't beat them! Seriously, a month ago they were 5 stars.

  I recently received a letter announcing their acquisition by TruGreen. Around that time I've been bumped multiple times citing staffing/weather as excuse. The first few were immediately rescheduled. Now, since the letter, nothing. Additionally, website and phones are down.
  
  As expected (and the reason I chose lawndawg) TruGreen is in it for clientele and leads and not for customer service. I firmly believe I've already had my last LawnDawg treatment and time to, one again, find an alternative.
  
  Draw your own conclusions, but be proactive and check on your service calls. I Know of them doing the bare minimum and rushing through. I also don't believe they're using pet friendly chemicals, though that may have changed (be sure to ask if that's important to you).
